Hey top dreamers! The breakfast is the most important meal and you shouldn’t skip it! A healthy breakfast will satisfy you appetite and will give you energy, while if you skip it you will be tired for the whole day and you won’t be able to make smart decisions all day long.

There are many options to choose from. But, for today I have selected 17 breakfast dishes that will keep you full and healthy throughout the morning. What you need is a dish full of plain, nonfat products in a combination with fruits – if you want to give the breakfast some sweetness of course.

A good breakfast consists of protein, like eggs or yogurt. The bananas will keep you fuller longer and you can add them to oatmeal or cereal, so, you don’t have to put additional sugar. Be careful when choosing cereal, because there are so many kinds in the stores. You should pick cereal with less then 5g sugar and at least 5g of fiber. Cereal goes well with milk and fruit. I love eating cereal, because I have a lot of energy through out the whole day! Do you like eating cereal?

Classic and tasty – fresh squeezed orange juice is always a good choice for the morning and we should all drink at least one small glass a day, but it shouldn’t replace the other fruits, because it has a lot of sugar. The breakfast isn’t a breakfast without a coffee. An espresso will not only wake you up, but it will give you some health benefits. Avoid drinking coffee with sugar, because it may erase the potential health benefits that the coffee will give you.

If you want to loose some weight, you should eat half a grapefruit before you eat one of these tasty dishes. The grapefruit posses some fat burning properties that will help you loose weight faster.
