For years, they lived in a home in Los Deliz’s chic Oaks, and now it appears that the actress is staying in that area. She bought the astonishing and historic Cecil B Demille estate for $25 million, that is about 1 mile away from the home she and her ex husband once shared.
Angelina’s new estate is considered one of the best in L.A. It was built in 1913 and measures 2.1 acres in Los Deliz’s gated Laughlin Park neighborhood. Her neighbors will include David Fincher, Will.I.Am, Lauren Graham, Natalie Portman, Casey Affleck and Ellen Pompeo.
Cecil B. DeMille Estate – Angelina’s New House
The 7,500 square foot luxury Cecil B. DeMille Estate is nestled in the hills with roving views of L.A. It is located on a street named for Demille and included a Beaux Arts mansion, a studio, a pool house and a host of gardens.
The mansion has 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms as well as huge gardens with a pool. The property is surrounded with retro chic arched fountains and lush greenery.
There’s also a fitness room in the pool house. The mansion also has multi-aspect living rooms and a stunning library room.
The bedrooms have large terraces with marvelous views. The wood-paneled dining room is complimented by an gorgeous and comfortable kitchen in old farmhouse style.
