Reem Acra has launched her business in 1997 with her first bridal collection. For a short time the collection become famous and noticed by many celebrities. The designs were impeccable and very elegance. After six years she launched her new collection ready – to – wear. But her very early beginnings or talent discover were while she was studying in American University in Beirut when she went in a party with dress she made by herself from a her mother table cloths. There she was discovered like a talent by a fashion editor and soon she become a hast of fashion show. And today, Reem Acra is a very famous and popular designer and she has many fans. Most of them are celebrities including Angelina Jolie, Halle Berry, Eva Longoria, Beyonce Knowles, Catherine Zeta – Jones and many others.
