Clean sweep – A cluttered room can affect you, and even if you don’t see it, you know the clutter is there. Do not place items around or under your bed, and let the area breathe. Get rid of the things you don’t need and use, eliminate distractions and dispose of things that don’t serve a positive purpose.
Balancing act – To be centered and feel balanced while sleeping, place your bed against a solid wall and facing away from windows and doors. To create a sense of stability in your bed, incorporate a sturdy headboard.
Sleepy colors – You can make a relaxing and serene ambiance with muted colors. These colors can improve your sleep. Apply warm and cool hues and make use of neutrals to create balance. Soft shades of blue, green and yellow are ideal.
Lose the electronics – Remove all electronics from your space to avoid distractions.
