It is unclear yet whether the couple made the large purchase in December, or if they will be renting the house from another owner.

Ivanka and Jared, and their children, Arabella (5), Joseph (3) and Theodore (10 months) won’t feel cramped at all. The house is in the Kalorma neighborhood and with 6,870 square feet.

The house has 6 bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The master suite has its own bathroom, two walk-in closets and a deck overlooking the garden. The kitchen is decorated with top-notch and stainless steel appliances.

The home was designed by architect Waddy Wood and built in 1923 and it was recently given a full renovation.

It doesn’t have much of a front yard, but that is common for the whole neighborhood. It is close to the street, but the front door sits high with double steps leading up.

The home also has five wood-burning fireplaces and crown molding. The home is bright and airy, very relaxing and comfortable for living.

Ivanka is weighing a prominent role in her father’s administration and that’s why she is moving with her family to this mansion, which was previously owned by a Latvian-born financier with extensive investments in Russia.

The small area is popular with DC insiders and politicians for its privacy and seclusion.
