Casa Batlló

This house is one of the two great buildings designed by Antioni Gaudi. From the outside it looks like it’s made from skulls and bones, and in fact the skulls are the balconies, while the bones are the supporting pillars. Gaudi was inspired by marine life, and used colors and shapes that are represented there. He designed this house for a wealthy aristocrat named Josep Batlló. It’s an original work and it’s should be definitely found on your list.
