Caramel popcorn

Melt 1/3 cup of butter with 1 tablespoon honey and add a pinch of salt. Add the popcorn and the pecans and then spread them on a parchment-lined baking sheet on a tray and bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees F’. After 15 minutes, take them out of the oven, plate, let them cool and serve.

Curry and sesame potato chips

Preheat 2 baking sheets in a baking tray at 425 degrees F’ in the oven, take the baking tray out when heated. Slice the russet potatoes into thin pieces and season them with olive oil and salt. For the curry potato chips, add curry powder, and for the sesame, sprinkle sesame seeds. Place them on the baking tray and bake for 10 minutes and your snack is ready!

Cracker sandwiches

Spread peanut butter on the saltines. Top them with strawberry slices and after that drizzle with honey and top each with another saltine. This is a good quick midnight snack when you are too tired to have a late-night dinner.

Smoky pretzel mix

Mix and melt 1/2 stick butter and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and season with 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne. Add 3 cups mini pretzels and 2 cups mixed nuts. Mix everything well and spread it on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees F, check and stir during the baking. After 20 minutes, stir them again, plate, and serve. Such an amazing quick snack for a last-minute party.

Crunchy chickpeas

Cook for 2 minutes a 15 ounce can of drained chickpeas in an ovenproof skillet and add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 teaspoon cumin and 2 teaspoon paprika. Season them with salt, then bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees F.

Bean roll-ups

Spread bean dip into a flour tortilla and then top it with shredded cheddar cheese and roll it up. Brush the rolls with vegetable oil and then place them on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F. After 10 minutes, take them out, plate them and serve them with salsa.

Chocolate Chow Mein

Mix 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup chocolate chips, and butter and microwave until everything is melted. After 10 minutes, take out the mixture. Meanwhile, add in a resealable plastic bag 3 cups of chow mein noodles, 3 cups of Chex cereals, 1/2 cut peanuts, and 1 /2 cup of raisins. Add the chocolate mixture that you take out from the microwave and shake to coat. Shake until everything is coated and then add 2 cups of confectioners sugar and shake again. Plate them into a nice bowl and they are ready to serve.

Nutella egg cream

Add 2 tablespoons of room temperature Nutella and 3/4 cup milk in a glass and mix them. Quickly stir it and pour in 1/2 cold seltzer. A very refreshing and sweet drink as a snack.

Tortellini kebabs

Cook spinach tortellini in a pot with boiling hot water. When cooked, drain them and toss them into a mixing bowl. Add grape tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls with pesto sauce. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir all the mixture and threat one by one onto skewers.

Berry brownies

Prepare your favorite brownie batter and add the mixture into a greased mini muffin cups. Place a raspberry or sliced strawberry by pressing it into the batter. The next thing you need to do is bake them in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees F.
